How do I pay for services?
To pay for your lawn care services, you can choose from several convenient methods:

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, allowing you to pay easily in person or online.

Cash: You can pay with cash if you prefer a more traditional method.

Check: Personal checks are also accepted for your convenience.

Zelle: For a fast and secure payment option, you can use Zelle to send funds directly from your bank account to ours.

Commercial properties will get billed at the beginning of the month.
Do you charge sales tax
Yes, we do charge sale tax. Please note that sales tax will be applied to the cost of materials purchased for this project. The tax will be added to the final invoice based on the total material cost.
What if it rains when I'm scheduled for services?
You will be receiving a message like this.
We are scheduled to provide lawn care services for you on [scheduled date]. There is rain in the forecast for that day, and depending on the weather conditions, we may need to reschedule the appointment to ensure the best results and avoid damaging your lawn.
We will monitor the weather closely and let you know the day of the service if we need to make any adjustments.

How do I cancel or reschedule my service?
To Reschedule:
Please contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled service, and we will be happy to find a new time that works for you. You can reach us via phone at (972) 342-5152, email at Griffinslawncareandlandscaping@gmail.com.
To Cancel:
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you provide 3 days notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the process.
We are committed to providing flexible and reliable service, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes you need.
Do you charge late payment fees?
As per our payment terms, we kindly ask that payment be made within one week of the invoice date.
Please note that if the payment is not received by [due date + one week], a late fee of $10 will be applied to the outstanding balance for each week the payment remains overdue.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for products/services.
We understand this may not be ideal for all customers, but please know that we are always happy to assist you in resolving any issues or concerns you may have.
